Call for applications - Referral of commercial anchoring service providers in Ethiopia
Business France has drawn up a procedure for referencing service providers who can offer complementary services to its own, with a level of quality in the services provided that should meet the needs of client companies. The Business France office in Addis Ababa will then be responsible for recommending locally referenced companies based on the requests for commercial anchoring received.

"Taste of Origins": A Successful Start to French Week in Ethiopia
The "Taste of Origins" event, marking the start of the French Week in Ethiopia, was held successfully on May 15th, 2023. Jointly organized by the Embassy of France and the French Business Club in Ethiopia (CAFÉ), the event emphasized the significance of geographical indications (GI) for protecting the economic value of specific geographical origins and qualities. It showcased the potential of GI for Ethiopian commodities, particularly coffee, and highlighted French expertise in GI implementation.
